Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to inform Giuale SRL (Insert name, geographical address and, if available, telephone and fax number and e-mail address) of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

To this end, you can use the attached withdrawal form.

MAKING A WITHDRAWAL FORM BY ENTERING THE REFUND TYPE CHOICE To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

With regard to articles made specifically for the customer, the article can be withdrawn only if it does not comply with the article ordered (pursuant to art.59 of Legislative Decree 6/9/2005 n. 206, Consumer Code ).

Effects of withdrawal

If the Customer withdraws from this contract, he will be reimbursed for all payments he has made in our favor, excluding costs relating to the delivery method (further shipments beyond the purchase one) no later than 14 (fourteen) days from day on which we are informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the contract.

These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise in the relative enclosed withdrawal form; in any case, he will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement.

The reimbursement can be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the goods.

The Customer is requested to return the goods or deliver them to Giuale SRL Strada prov.le Modugno-Bari,4/A,70026 Modugno BA, Italy without undue delay and at his own expense, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which has communicated the withdrawal from this contract.

The Customer is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

JURISDICTION

The contract is governed in accordance with Italian law. For disputes arising from the contract, the competent court is that of the Customer's residence or domicile if he is a consumer. In all other cases, the Court of Trani in Italy will have exclusive jurisdiction.
