Shipping Costs
Our shipping methods provide for a high level of security and the only use of specialized couriers.
We have been collaborating for years with major companies in the sector (FedEx, TNT, DHL) also specializing in the transport of "oversized" products (Fercam, Rhenus) in Italy and abroad.
The products are packaged with particular care in order to guarantee quality and avoid the risk of damage.
Upon receipt of the goods, the customer is required to check:
- That the number of packages received corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
- That the packaging is intact, undamaged and unaltered.
In the event of tampering and / or damage to the packaging, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and / or delivery by writing "Accepted subject to goods inspection" on the delivery document received from the courier.
In the absence of the aforementioned wording, Giuale SRL is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier.
The customer has 3 (three) days from receipt of the goods to report any damage; after this period Giuale SRL is no longer responsible for any damage occurred during shipment.
The goods transit and shipments are made on working days (Monday to Friday).
Before being put on sale, all products are subjected to scrupulous checks to ensure that the product meets our high quality standards.
The time needed to receive the ordered products is calculated on average, in 20 (twenty) working days. If the chosen product is made specifically (customized product or ordered for production) for the customer, the shipping time may be subject to change.
The availability and delivery times of some products not in stock may vary depending on the supplier and the production cycles of the manufacturing company.
Following the health emergency, many manufacturing companies are experiencing delays in the procurement of raw materials and materials needed to make products.
Likewise, shipping times may be delayed in conjunction with national holidays and company closures.
