Payment
To proceed with the purchase, simply proceed with the following steps:
- Place the product in the cart and click on "Show Cart"
- Click on “Continue with payment”
- Optional option: create an account (if you don't already have one) or log in (if you are not logged in)
- Check the fields and click continue
- Select the desired payment method:
Payment can be made in different ways in order to meet the needs of different customers.
Payment by bank transfer (entitles you to an additional 3% discount) the bank details on which to make the transfers are:
- QUOTE CODE issued by one of our operators in the case of a personalized quote
- NAME of the chosen product or the ORDER NUMBER issued automatically by the system.
At the end of the transaction, send a COPY OF THE CRO by email to support@giuale.it, only after receiving the CRO, the order can be processed.
In the event of payment by bank transfer in advance, the order is forwarded only upon actual crediting to the Giuale SRL c / c.
The Bank Transfer consists of an advance payment on the order;
Giuale SRL undertakes to maintain the fixed price of the product of interest, during the time normally necessary for the conclusion of the currency transfer practices (generally 3/4 working days):
The order is processed after confirmation of the credit.
In the automatic order confirmation email sent by the system, you will receive the bank details to proceed with the payment.
NB: The completion of the order by Advance Bank Transfer takes place ONLY upon receipt of the CRO and the perfection of the pending order (in the cart) must be made no later than 5 (five) working days, after which the order is to be considered canceled as there may be price or other changes.
Payment by credit card:- Check that the card is among the accepted circuits: Visa, Mastercard, Carta Aurea, American Express).
- Enter the required information.
The credit card transaction takes place directly on the customer's bank website in secure mode (ssl).
Giuale SRL has no possibility of controlling, for security and privacy reasons, the data entered in the form for purchases by credit card, this implies that we have no possibility of knowing the reasons why a request is rejected by the bank.
The most common reasons for a rejection of the transaction are:
- the use of a credit card not accepted by the system;
- an error in the data imputation;
- exceeding the available ceiling.
In relation to the latter eventuality, it may happen that the availability of the Card is '' frozen '' by the bank for a few days, for a certain amount, if its holder has an ongoing online transaction with an e-mail service. -commerce, even if the transaction is not yet definitively concluded (ie: if an order has been placed but has not yet been fulfilled).
Giuale SRL is in no way responsible for this eventuality.
It is also possible that a transaction rejected by the system derives from saturation problems in the banking computer circuit.

Security in transactions
The choice of payment method takes place at the end of the online purchase process, in a screen called "Payment Method". Online credit card transactions are made via virtual POS. The entire payment flow takes place on secure WEB servers, through https with SSL protection protocol and 128-bit encryption. It is absolutely not true that paying by credit card on the Internet is dangerous. The most recent statistics show that tracing sensitive data from online transactions is much more difficult than physically taking possession of the cards.
