Stellar Nebula is a family of lamps designed by BIG to interpret and enhance artisanal glass blowing with innovative PVD finishing techniques. Values, roles and limits of industrial and artisanal production are at the center of this design idea, which aims to find a unique production solution. The shapes of the diffusers are obtained by glass blowing and then freely modeled by master glassmakers to always make them unique. Artisanal knowledge and industrial innovation thus merge in the beauty of the material which enhances the magical interaction between glass and light.
