Artemide Stablight A Suspension in blown glass 1 x GU10 Ø 13,5 cm

The Stab light family is produced using a traditionally Bohemian technology. It is blown glass in manually carved wooden molds. The master glassmakers use the blowpipe as their main tool, blowing various layers of glass in different colors and, using their hands, give the product a shape similar to that of the mold. Finally, the incandescent preformed product is inserted into the mold and refined, making it obtain the definitive shape. The Stablight glasses are subsequently finished through cutting and polishing. This production process demonstrates the extraordinary ability of the master glassmakers who hand down their experience from generation to generation.
